Nothing like testing your blood at 4:45 in the morning in the dark 😀. Numbers are at least semi stable lately that is a bonus. It is a constant battle to balance nutrition, exercise, work, family and all the stressors of life. Well that is interesting over about 90 minutes after drinking exogoneous ketones and 20 ounces of water ketone levels went up a bit at 45 min mark then starting to drop at 90 min yet glucose jumped. Now this could be a hydration issue however I drank over 100 ounces of water yesterday so not sure.
