Sharing my post-workout breaky from yesterday which doesn't looks thaaat good but believe me, it was a heaven!😍👅 Had Chocolate milkrice with my fav @nu3_de proteinpowder and the @koawach kakaopowder which tastes SO CHOCOLATY!🍫🤤 Beside are lots of yellow plums and also coconut flakes😋 It was just a little chocolateheaven in my mouth!💕 ~ Started my day with a very nice but short 6km run👟 and did afterwards a little ab-circuit with my weights at home🏋 Got a bit sweaty but it was honestly much fun! forgot to post this pretty pic of my night snack last night- you guessed it, an alpro Go On (I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of these tbh😂) with some sprinklings of granola and coconut flakes💓 ~ ~ I don’t know if anyone on here can give advice, but in all honesty I’m really struggling at the moment. Not with food (I’m trying to increase actually because I’ve realised how much energy I need for dancing every day) but if anyone has any advice on moving schools or homeschooling. I am on a waiting list to start a new school, even though I am in year 10, but me and my mum know that when I go to my current school I turn into a completely different person- quiet at home, more stressed than a school kid should be, withdrawn, asleep at any chance I can get, having no energy to dance which is so surprising because dance is the only thing that I really enjoy. It also doesn’t help that my whole friendship group has turned against me ever since I have felt like this and my attendance at my current school has been pretty poor. At the moment I am trying to build myself back up to be stable again, so I am not in school at the moment since my mum thought that she would get an email from the other school today or yesterday seeing if I have a place or not, but we haven’t yet. If I don’t go to the other school, then I will be homeschooled and further my dance training during school hours to catch up with the other pre-professional dancers my age (I am slightly behind since I go to a really really academic pressured school atm and other dancers are either homeschooled or go to a performing arts school (oh forgot to mention too that the other school I want to go to is a performing arts school!)) I just need some support at the moment, I feel totally alone and that I am doing the wrong thing by being off school but I genuinely think that going back would seriously deteriorate my mental health when I am trying so hard to build it back up. If anyone has any advice on moving schools or homeschool please dm me or comment below. I’m just so scared of failing☹️😔💘

Good morning🌞 For breakfast I've had to increase a bit which is scary but I know it's for good reasons💪 so today I had TWO slices of 50/50 toast and I tried to make little animal faces, one had peanut butter o tried to make a bear and the other had @arla.uk BUTTER with strawberry jam in the attempt to make a fox. As scary as this was I did enjoy it 😍 . . Taking my job application later so really hoping that goes well and I get the job. I'm currently watching animal park summer special and it's so interesting, my little brother loves it. So this morning I was gonna do a #transformationtuesday pic & talk a bit about my journey in the last 2 years✨ _ However, scrolling through my phone I just couldn’t really find ANY pictures of me around about the time of me at my ‘worst’ 🤷🏻‍♀️ _ Looking back I wonder whether this is because I just didn’t like having photos taken of me in case I looked ‘fat’ & ‘ugly’ or maybe because I’ve just chosen over time to delete them 📷🔥 _ Half of me wishes that I had some pictures of this time, so that I could reflect on them & think about my journey, how far I’ve come & how I NEVER want to go back to that place ❌ The other half is glad that these photos don’t exist ... As I have moved on & I don’t ever want to go back to where I was & the odd few photos I do have from this time make me so incredibly sad 🙁 _ I must say...since trying on wedding dresses on Saturday, & honestly feeling like the most beautiful person in the world right there and then (yes I said it - you are allowed to love yourself people! 🙌🏼💕) Something seems to have just ‘clicked’ in me...Where actually, I am enough, I don’t need to make any changes to myself, I just want to live my best life & at the end of the day, just be HAPPY 🧡

Ok.ok big PTW if your going to swipe. If bodies trigger you.. But I'm crazy anxious so you really don't have to. But yes! I was going to shit out after I polled it. Like stahpppppp with the yes votes. But I have seen some super brave warriors do this. It's one of the many twisted obsticals your going to face in recovery. But that's all it is. An obstical. Bloating. Well. You've abused your body pretty badly.. So don't be surprised that it doesn't jump into action.. all is forgiven like... your digestive system has taken some hits. You might as well as swallowed a full sized Tyson and shit it out. There is damage there from starvation. I mean you know when your stomache is really empty and you get that pain through your chest and you don't know if it's a heart attack or not? That's the walls of your stomache rubbing against each other. And it damages the lining. And then it takes away some of its function. Your intestines have slowed down massively. Because you don't have anything for it to process. Your colon ECT the muscles surrounding it especially if you have abused laxatives are going to have weakened. So again it's slowed down. You've lost all those good bacteria that aid digestion. And your whole electrolyte system and blood glucose is going to be so out of whack. So it's all down to a lot of things. Constipation. Water retention. Delayed digestion. Fullness. But they only way it goes away... You guessed it. Is to keep going. It won't start working at full capacity until you give it adequate nutrition. First two photos are after (left) after the tube and initial refeed like all.tube feed and just ensures.... (right) after I first started eating during my second round of refeeding. The second two are from like last night. And one from this morning. I got lucky and my digestive worked.. usually 80 % of the time I'm like a pregnant alien. But that's ok. It batters my body image. But if that's not what joggers are for then call me Cray. It feels better now that I don't wake up bloated EVERYDAY like I did a few weeks ago. it's only recently I will have a morning I'm not bloated. And my body image DOES feel better.
