You asked for the recipe of the savory, whole wheat waffles of yesterday's story and here it is! 😃 Ingredients: (for 1 serving) 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp baking powder Salt & black pepper 1/2 cup whole wheat flour Beat egg alone, then add milk and beat again. Add next three ingredients and mix well. Then add flour and mix. Batter shouldn't be too liquid but not close to a dough either! Cook according to your waffle machine and preferences. Lastly, but the most important part for the BEST savory waffles, add a slice or two of cheese immediately on top in order to leave it time to melt. And voila! 208 lbs. The purpose of the mini cut was to retrain my body to use calories more efficiently. Think of it as a reset. Instead of my body being use to all the extra calories and just storing them because it will be fed again in two hours. The mini cut shocked my system and made my body utilize stored fat for energy rather than holding onto it. Now I’ve reintroduced the carb loaded meals and gained the weight back at a leaner state. First time trying this. Show prep will let us know if it worked or it’s just a bunch of bull💩 lol 🤷🏾‍♂️. #trialanderror

In the past I would’ve been freaking out . But now I look at it as a time to give my body a rest. Which bodies need. I didn’t eat as as healthy as I typically do and I’m fine with it. Never beat yourself up when you ate out living life. That is what we are intended to do not consistently think of food or macros or label “healthy” or “non healthy food.” But honestly I’m ready to get in the gym and eat like I normally do because it makes me feel good!
