Well, well. We had a number of people cryin’ about total body workouts and saying, “what about the upper-lower split, bro!”
Oh, the joys of Instagram 😉.

Here’s another training split—my favorite actually. Upper lower splits hit your upper body and lower body separately to build size and strength. Here are a few guidelines -
👉Strength Focus😛ick one compound lift like the squat or deadlift with a rep scheme like 6👨,5x5, or 4x6. This builds strength and muscle-building tension. -
👉Muscle-Strength Focus: Pick two lifts that use substantial weight but also have more fatigue. Try different forms of squats, lunges, deadlifts, or leg presses with a 3x8, 3x10, 4x8, or 4x10 rep scheme. This builds strength and muscle. - 👉High Rep Finishers: Pick two isolation lifts like calf raises and leg extensions. Do 3-4 sets of 12-15 with short (30 second) rests. The goal is to pump your muscles full of blood, look and feel jacked, then strut over to the mirror for selfies. 
Plug and play based on this simple.
