👉Life is all about experiences. Not only that, but it’s also about learning from those experiences. There’s no use in making the same mistakes over and over again, that may have left you resultless and confused as to why. That confusion is good, listen to it, learn from it. All the while asking yourself why you’re not receiving results from all the hard work you continue to put in. And the reason is that the approach is the same. Doing the exact same thing over and over and expecting a different result is insanity. Imagine if Thomas Edison performed his famous 1000 attempts to spark that light bulb, but instead of switching up his approach each time, he kept everything the same and prayed that he outcome would change. It sounds crazy right? And he most certainly wouldn’t have gotten anywhere. So, why treat other areas of your life any different? Learn, apply and grow. There’s no use experimenting if you don’t take the results into consideration and then learn from them. Trial and Error is perfect, but only if you learn from the errors 🔝💥 — 📺 In saying that guys, 2017 has been a pretty splendid year and I wanted to thank you all for having a part in that!

What is your body سه نوع بدن وجود دارد: اکتومورف: به بدن هایی گفته میشود که قسمت بالا تنه کوتاه دستها و پاها بلند ، کف دست ها و انگشتان و کف پاها و انگشتان پا باریک و چربی بدن خیلی کم ، ناحیه سینه و شانه باریک و معمولا عضلات باریک و دراز دارند. مزومرف: به بدن هایی گفته می شود که سینه پهن و بزرگ ، بالا تنه بلند ، ساختمان عضلانی محکم و نیروی زیادی دارند. اندومورف: ساختمان عضلانی نرم , صورت گرد , گردن کوتاه , باسن پهن و چربی زیاد دارند. شناخت نوع بدن يكي از مهمترين چيزهاست كه بر أساس اون نوع تغذيه و تمرين ها متغييره، بدن خودتون خوب بشناسيد، و اجازه ندين افرادي كه علمش رو ندارن بدنتون رو با رژيم ها و تمرين هاي غلط نابود كنن.مثلا بدن من اكتومورفه كه اصطلاحا بهش ميگن هارد گينر، يعني روند عضله سازي كند صورت ميگيره و سوخت و ساز بدن نسبتا بالاست، و بلند بودن عضلات خودش مزيد بر علت هست، عضله هرچقدر بلند تر باشه سخت تر هم ميشه ساختش. نوع بدن شما كدوم يكي از اين سه تاست؟
