.  Day 17 done. Great workout tonight - 2.5 miles run/walk, I’m stoked about this! There’s some hope in me that feels I may be able to run the 10K race with my friends in April 😆. My energy levels are consistent, my skin is clearer....still aren’t thrilled to get out of bed on a morning tho! Guess you can have everything LOL xo

Today’s menu:
- Breakfast: Fresh berries with cashew butter; 1 boiled egg
- Lunch: Fish with kale salad (dinner leftovers)
- Dinner: Steak with W30 loaded potato & chilli bok choy, mushrooms & shallots. .
